Our Facilities

FIFO-implemented raw material store for rubber and chemicals ensures organized inventory management and quality retention. Our in-house rubber compounding facility is equipped with dedicated kneaders and roll mixing mills for both black and colored compounds, followed by batch-off cooling chambers for efficient handling. Post-validation, FIFO-implemented cold storage facilities preserve compound integrity. Advanced PLC-controlled, automated batch-weighing systems for all chemicals and rubber are integrated with SCADA, managing every stage from raw material intake to final issuance for production. Comprehensive systems include barcoding, traceability, shelf life monitoring, test result documentation, batch validation, real-time tracking, data analytics, and process fool-proofing.
Automated PLC controlled precision rubber slicer for accurate size and weight of premold input. Advanced vacuum compression and transfer molding machinery for elastomers and fluoropolymers like FKM, AEM, NBR, ECO and PTFE. Hi-tech CNC turning centers with auto bar feeders for precision cut products. Ultrasonic welding used for assembly of positive crankcase ventilation systems, extruders for hoses and automatic power press with sheet feeder for critical metal rings.
Aluminium hydroxide suction blasting machine, ultrasonic degreasing and dipping chamber for adhesive coating used followed by drying in tumbler chambers and ovens for metal surface treatment.
PLC controlled child parts storage systems and post curing oven. Multi head trimming machine for rubber and PTFE oil seals to achieve accurate dimensions.
